We are pleased to welcome Stephen Mann to the BDM Team.

Stephen previously worked in-house for a marine insurance provider handling both P&I and FDD matters as well as sale contract disputes. Prior to that, he was a partner with a respected regional shipping practice and spent time working offshore and with another London shipping firm. Stephen has many years of experience handling contentious and non-contentious shipping matters, including sale and purchase, finance, shipbuilding disputes, cargo claims, charterparty and COA disputes and commodity related disputes. He has handled numerous shipping and commodity arbitrations and Court cases and his arrival increases the breadth and depth of experience within the BDM team.

On top of all these accolades, Stephen also speaks many languages including Spanish, Italian and French.
