Bob Deering was pleased once again to chair the annual Lloyd’s Maritime Academy Ship Arrest Seminar. Bob is an acknowledged authority on arresting ships and attaching other assets. As always, this year’s conference included speakers from many of the most popular arrest jurisdictions. Bob shared his thoughts on the year’s seminal case Res Cogitans and looks forward to returning to chairing the conference once again next year.
