Will joined the firm in April 2021, having trained at one international law firm in London and practised in another. Will maintains a broad practice, with experience in a variety of maritime incidents and charterparty and bill of lading disputes in both the shipping and offshore energy sectors. He has also handled mortgage enforcement disputes and non-contentious work such as review and negotiation of ship sale and purchase agreements as well as offshore shipping and trading contracts. Will acts for clients before the English High Court and in arbitration, including under LMAA, FOSFA and GAFTA rules.
